Cranes are defined as mounted mechanical instruments. These are used to transfer small & medium sized loads over a short distance, come in an array of designs including a bridge crane. Cranes whether fixed & mobile are driven manually or by power. The bridge mounted crane is one of the few types of cranes which can’t be modeled as the industrial vehicle; the other is the gantry crane. The bridge crane is composed of a beam that bridges a bay that moves on two tracks mounted on either wall. A hoist & trolley that traverses across a bridge, offers a total of three axes of motion. The hoist moves load up & down, the trolley moves load right & left, & the bridge of crane moves the load forward & backwards.
